Police Recover Body In Connecticut River In Windsor

WINDSOR – Police are investigating after a body was found in the Connecticut River.

Police received a call around 1 p.m. from a boater who saw the body in the water off Palisado Avenue. The body had been in the water for “a considerable time,” police said.
