SOUTHINGTON – A home on Old Farms Road was destroyed by an early morning fire Saturday, fire officials said.
Just before 1 a.m. firefighters responded to 165 Old Farms Road for a house fire, fire officials said. Upon arrival the house was fully involved and extra manpower was brought to the scene.
The three occupants of the home escaped unharmed, fire officials said. The house is a total loss.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, fire officials said.
