José Cesar Jimenez, of 1029 Bantam Road, was arrested as part of a wider investigation, according to a release from state police.
He faces charges of first-degree possession of child pornography, promoting a minor in an obscene performance and obscenity.
Police searched his residence and found “numerous child pornography videos,” the release states.
The investigation continues.
Bail was set at $100,000. He was to appear in Superior Court in Bantam on Friday.
