STAMFORD – A 26-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning in connection with a fatal accident in December 2012, state police said.
Kevin Rojas, of Richmond Hill Avenue, is charged with second-degree manslaughter, third-degree assault, reckless endangerment and operating under the influence, as well as speeding and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Rojas was arrested at his home at about 6:15 a.m., six months after the accident that he’s facing charges for.
The crash occurred on Dec. 1, 2012 on I-95 northbound in Fairfield, state police said.
Rojas was held on $50,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 11.
