Obama has faced criticism on three issues recently: the federal Department of Justice seizing phone records from journalists with the Associated Press; his administration’s response to an attack at the United States consulate in Benghazi, Libya; and Internal Revenue Services’ targeting of conservative groups who applied for tax-exempt status.
