Master Mixologist, David Brogan joins the Morning Extra share a lesson on infusion. This morning he made a cocktail called: Pineapple Summer Fizz. Follow the recipe below to make it at home.
Ingredients:
2 oz Pineapple infused Onyx Moonshine
1 oz Lemongrass simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz light cream
3 dashes of orange cream bitters
Splash of Sprite or 7Up
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except the Sprite) over ice and shake until frothy. Pour into a tall glass over ice and top with Sprite. Garnish with a ‘Dress The Drink Pineapple Spear.’
