HARTFORD – A personal watercraft was stolen from the New England Cycle Center on Leibert Road after 2 a.m. on Tuesday, police said.
A Connecticut Transit security officer saw a white box truck enter the rear of New England Cycle Center building and leave shortly after with the watercraft loaded onto a utility trailer, police said.
The box truck and trailer headed north on Leibert Road.
Police said a chain link fence was cut and torn back, allowing the box truck entry to the property.
