HARTFORD – A man received a non-life threatening stab wound early Sunday morning in the area of Albany Avenue and Adams Street, police said.
Police had responded to a report of a stabbing victim at 12:36 a.m. at St. Francis Hospital. The victim was not cooperative, police said, and offered few details of the incident.
The victim told police had arrived to Albany Avenue and Adams Street where he was stabbed, but he didn’t know anyone in the area.
The victim, who admitted to having taken several drugs, suffered from two non-life threatening stab wounds, one to the sternum and another to the left underarm, police said.
Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes Division is investigating the incident, police said.
