The Connecticut Working Moms website, an online resource for women balancing work and family life, recently hosted a campaign kickoff event with its 24 bloggers to send an important message about embracing parenting choices through the ending of the “mommy wars.”

“We wanted to do something to commemorate the one-year anniversary of our popular post-baby body photo shoot and decided this time to send an important message about embracing our parenting choices,” Michelle Noehren, founder of CTWorkingMoms said in a statement. “We’re tired of moms being pitted against each other for choosing to do things differently and think the world would be a better place if we chose compassion over judgment.”
