Cecile Enrico and Rosemary Padin of the Interval House talk about the organization’s efforts to help victims of domestic violence in Connecticut and a new documentary the group recently released.

Below is some information about Interval House from their website. To learn more, click here.

Since 1977, Interval House has made a positive difference in the lives of nearly 150,000 women and children who experienced psychological and physical abuse at the hand of a domestic or intimate partner.

Standing with abused women and children in their struggle for safety and justice, Interval House provides a safe place to live as well as concrete information and education to understand and deal with their individual situations.  Women and children are given guidance and tools to utilize other community resources, and empower themselves.  Through Interval House’s specialized services for children, it is less likely children will continue the pattern of domestic violence.
