Tonight will be one of those fairly uncomfortable nights in terms of sleeping weather, with the humid summer air in place.
We start off the work week on Monday with more heat and humidity. Expect hazy sunshine with temperatures around 90 degrees inland. Even down to the shoreline it’ll be in the lower 80s, so we have some great beach days ahead.
That summer weather sticks around until at least Thursday, with a chance for a few spotty showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon. This is typical when you have humid weather like this. The atmosphere becomes fairly unstable due to the “fuel” from the heat and humidity. It certainly won’t be raining all day on either of those days, but you may want to keep an eye on the sky during the afternoons.
As we head on for the end of the week, it looks like the strongest heat will begin to subside, as highs will likely be in the low to mid 80s by Friday.
