HARTFORD — An apartment on Wethersfield Avenue was robbed by two men with guns just after midnight, police said.
The two suspects entered the unlocked residence at 749 Wethersfield Ave., brandishing a shotgun and a handgun, police said. They forced a female victim to lie on the floor and took a safe containing money and jewelry.
The suspects, both wearing black ski masks, then fled on foot.
No one was injured in the incident, police said.
Officers responded at about 12:17 a.m. Saturday and searched the area, but did not locate the suspects or any evidence, police said.
