This week’s summer cocktail series is on Millwright’s in Simsbury. Set in a rustic building with its own waterfall, Millwright’s offers five categories of cocktails sure to satisfy any craving. The drink menu starts with their proprietary cocktails that take some time to craft, but are worthwhile. Then the drinks are separated by tiki-style, simply refreshing, sweet-side and bitter.
