There is little moisture that will try to get into southern Connecticut as a weak area of low pressure will slide off the New Jersey shoreline with a few scattered showers. But besides that, northern areas should stay dry with partly sunny skies and seasonable temperatures.
The humidity returns on Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies, passing showers and thunderstorms as the next cold front slowly approaches the region.
The front pushes offshore Tuesday night followed by a big dome of high pressure from central Canada that will move in our direction with plenty of sunshine, low humidity and seasonable temperatures for the middle and end of the week.
