Authorities made the arrests early Wednesday, Sgt. David Tammaro said. The charges range from manslaughter with a motor vehicle to failure to appear in court.
All but two went directly to court, he said.
The arrested people are: Miles Roselet, Theodore Lipp, Jason Fidalgo, Derrick Knox, Syeda Parveen, Iane Grefell, Robyn Komondy, Symone McCargo, Deborah Volpe, Kristen Riley, Desire Satta and Peggysue Kuhl.
Also, Bobby Coleman, Joseph Cusano, Christopher Bernardo, Samantha Birdsall, Arieal Forte and Gregory Gibbs.
