NEW CANAAN — The leader of a youth group at the Congregational Church is suspected of having sex with a 15-year-old boy, police said.

Morgan Frawley, 25, is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 5 in Superior Court in Norwalk. She faces a single count of risk of injury to a minor.

Frawley was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

The Department of Children and Families alerted police to the inappropriate relationship in April and a criminal investigation ensued, said Police Chief Leon Krolikowski.

Investigators determined that Frawley and the teen were involved sexually, police said.
