NORWICH — The Norwich Bulletin and the Norwich police department are under lock down while officials investigate a letter left at the newspaper’s office Wednesday morning.
Executive Editor Jim Konrad said the letter was dropped off before business hours and expressed what may have been a threat.
He said the letter was brought to the police department. Police called in the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. The agency closed the police department and ordered Bulletin employees to remain inside the building, Konrad said.
