After a cold Christmas, we moderate temperatures today and for the next few days. We still have the opportunity for some snow and rain showers today, but it’s not a big deal and little to no accumulation is expected. Highs will be in the upper 30s.
We’ll see highs for the next few days slowly increase, getting to the 40s in time for the weekend. But we’re watching for the potential of a coastal storm on Sunday that will not only spell the end of the heat but usher in cold conditions for New Year’s Eve and the first few days of 2014.
