GLASTONBURY — Residents were displaced following a fire that broke out Saturday night on Manchester Road.
Firefighters responded to the fire at 1589 Manchester Road about 8:30 p.m. and found smoke coming from the home.
Fire officials said firefighters were able to quickly put out the fire.
The residents are being assisted by Red Cross because the home was uninhabitable after the fire, officials said.
The town’s fire marshal’s office is investigating cause of the fire.
