The UConn men’s basketball team lost a heartbreaker to defending national champion Louisville in front of a sold-out Gampel Pavilion.
They then had to try to bounce back from that loss in front of less than 5,000 at the XL Center in Hartford. To be fair, it wasn’t the atmosphere in the arena keeping the fans away, it was the winter storm outside that kept all but the hardy fans from filling the seats.
