One day before a new winter storm is expected to arrive, New Haven has implemented a parking ban for the odd side of all residential streets until Sunday. This comes after narrow streets were cut off to plowing during previous storms because cars were parked on both sides.
The Elm City is targeting 39 streets for snow removal on the odd side. Notices will be posted 24 hours in advance of the snow removal. Parking will be available to residents at parking lots in different parts of the city.
