Sunday Night Weather: Chance For Coating Of Snow Overnight

Sunday was sunny but much cooler than Saturday, when highs were near 50 for much of the state. High temperatures Sunday dropped to the 35 to 40 degree range with winds of 5 to 15 mph.

Lows overnight will range from 19 to 25 under cloudy skies. There’s the chance for some scattered snow showers Monday morning that could drop a quick coating. Tuesday will be a mild with highs near 50.

We’re keeping an eye on a storm for Wednesday that has the potential to bring snow, rain or a wintry mix, depending on its track. Be sure to stay with FOX CT on air and online for the latest.

Extended Forecast:

Overnight: Increasing clouds with the chance for snow showers by daybreak Monday. Low: 20s.

Monday: Chance for a few snow showers in the morning, otherwise mostly cloudy, milder with high in the upper 30s to low 40s.

Tuesday: A mix of sun and clouds, mild. High: 45-50.

Wednesday: Chance for rain and snow. High: 30s.
