TOLLAND — A tractor-trailer is blocking the left lane of traffic on I-84 eastbound in the area of exits 68 and 67, a fire official said.
One person was taken to an area hospital.
The Department of Transportation says it is unclear when the tractor trailer will be removed.
Fire Chief John C. Littell said the accident was one of several that crews responded to in the early morning hours, after an overnight snow.
