The man accused of breaking into the Oxford home of his in-laws and fatally shooting his wife and seriously wounding her mother was arraigned Tuesday morning in Superior Court.
Judge Frank Iannotti ordered that Scott Gellatly remain held on $2 million bond and kept a suicide watch in place for the 46-year-old father of four.
