Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident in Torrington where overhead wires are down.
The accident happened at 9:45 on Rt 202 between Main and Center Streets. Dispatchers said a box truck snagged overhead wires and brought them down.
Dispatchers said it would be “a while’ before the scene was cleared.
