An accident in Bristol caused Route 6 to be closed at Camp Street.
Police said the accident happened shortly before 11 a.m. A pickup truck had come to rest on it’s roof after striking a telephone pole. Electrical wires were down and blocking the roadway.
Police said Route 6 was closed from Stafford Avenue to Camp Street at the Farmington town line until further notice.
