A Waterbury man received a long “can’t do” list in court Thursday after being accused of videotaping under women’s skirts at Westfarms mall in June.
Husein Ahmetovic was arraigned on 30 counts of voyeurism at Hartford Superior Court.
West Hartford police said Ahmetovic, 46, spent hours at Westfarms Mall, and recorded almost 70 clips of at least 30 women, shooting up their skirts.
While being out on $10,000 bond, the judge ordered Ahmetovic to stay away from stores which sell women’s clothing, Westfarms Mall, and all malls within 35 miles of Waterbury.
But, that is not all he cannot do.
“The defendant is not to use any video or digital recording devices capable of capturing images outside of his home,” Judge John Moore ordered.
Ahmetovic is due back in court August 21.
