A Glastonbury man was charged with theft of silver from the home he was renting.

Gregory Riach, 23, of Chimney Sweep Hill Road was charged with first-degree larceny, police said. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court in Manchester Friday. A man who police said pawned $57,000 worth of silver was charged with theft Thursday, police said
