Tonight Clear and Comfortable; Tomorrow Sunny, Warm and Pleasant
High pressure will continue to deliver a clear comfortable night tonight, with more sunshine and warm temperatures for Sunday and Monday followed by a period of unsettled mid-week with the potential for soaking rain on Wednesday.
High pressure stretching over the northeast this weekend, will slowly drift off the New England coast Monday and Tuesday that will induce a southerly flow over the northeast, transporting a more humid air-mass and eventually showers and thunderstorms. The unsettled weather will begin to affect the region with showers, thunderstorms and periods of rain late Tuesday and continue into Wednesday and possibly Thursday. High pressure builds back into Connecticut and the Northeast by Friday and next weekend with more dry, pleasant weather!
