I was involved in a motorcycle accident a couple months ago that wasn't my fault.
I wasn't able to visit the doctor for 2 weeks due to the fear of missing work and losing my job. The doctor diagnosed me with a herniated disk and prescribed physical therapy. I'm worried that I wont be compensated because I also had a previous back surgery.
Please help.
