Voter turnout in today's primary elections has been low across the state, but the LP Wilson Community Center in Windsor has seen a steady flow of voters.

In fact, 15 percent of all voters registered in any party turned out in Windsor so far today.

In Middletown only 6 percent of Republicans voted, in Kent 11 percent of Republicans voted, and in Cornwall 15 percent of Republicans voted.
