Plymouth’s school superintendent is due in court Tuesday.
Eleanor Cruz is set to be arraigned in a Rockville courtroom.
Cruz is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the town of Hebron back in 2012 by mis-using credit cards.
The Plymouth’s School Board suspended Cruz with pay, following her arrest earlier this month.
The district’s business manager, Michael Santo-Gottam is now serving as acting superintendent.
She has been asked not to return to work for now –and her status with the plymouth school district is still in limbo.
