The case of Louis Anglero was continued until Oct 15th.
The Hartford teen tasered by a Hartford police officer last month is set to appear in Hartford court Wednesday. A small crowd gathered for a rally outside the courthouse at 8 a.m.
This comes after another rally was held Tuesday night.
Many are calling for charges against Louis Anglero to be dropped. Some want the officer, Detective Shawn Ware, to be fired. Others do not.
Anglero, 18, will be answering to charges of Breach of Peace and Interfering with an Officer.
Police say Anglero was acting aggressively near an argument on a street corner when he was tasered by Detective Ware. Anglero's defenders, however, say surveillance video shows the teen stop and put his arms at his side.
Anglero's mother has publicly said that she wants Detective Ware fired.
