New Britain police officers arrested a man accused of peeping in on multiple victims.
Throughout July and August the department received multiple complaints about a man standing outside of homes and looking into minor children’s windows. In all there were fourteen incidents that involved three victims at three separate homes. Evidence uncovered during the investigation seemingly confirms these claims, according to police.
Ellion Nails was identified as a suspect and was arrested on Oct. 2 on three warrants–one for each victim.
