CVS Health is continuing the fight against tobacco. First it pulled all tobacco products from all its store shelves - now it's acting through its subsidiary - Caremark Pharmacy.

It’s introducing a plan to have Caremark clients pay as much as 15 dollars more in co-pays if they fill prescriptions at pharmacies that sell tobacco.

Of course, this is an enticement for people to do their business at CVS’s tobacco free stores, but Caremark is offering big employers who use it as a pharmacy benefit manager to opt out of the program.
