Hartford detectives have been working leads for months and Hartford police charged a man in a deadly shooting from back in June.
Police obtained an arrest warrant for Cleveland Brown, 21, he is expected to be in Hartford Superior Court Wednesday for charges in a different assault, and that's when police will serve his warrant for his second charge.
According to police Brown shot and killed Tyron Taylor on Vine Street in June. Taylor was found lying on the ground with a gun shot wound to the chest, he was taken to the hospital and died about 4 hours later.
Brown was also arrested in September on charges of first degree assault and carrying a pistol without a permit. Brown, again, shot a man in the chest on Garden Street, the victim there did not die according to police.
