GLASTONBURY–All sexual assault criminal charges against George Harasz have been dropped.
Harasz was accused, along with his former husband, of sexually assaulting boys that the couple adopted through the Department of Children and Families, according to The Hartford Courant. The family lived in Glastonbury at the time of the alleged assaults.
The case was dismissed because it was determined by the judge, the boy’s DCF social worker, his therapist and his court-appointed guardian that the 8-year-old was not able to testify. The boy broke down when questioned in a preparation session on Friday.
