A new study suggests that it's better to take many popular medications, including aspirin and cholesterol-busting statins, at night rather than in the morning.

Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania found that 56 of the 100 best-selling drugs in the U.S. are more effective if they're timed with the body's natural rhythms.

They said aspirin works best at night while the body rests, as do statins, because the gene behind the production of cholesterol is most active at night.

A new study concluded that gossiping, both good and bad, can be good for your self-esteem.

Researchers found that spreading good gossip helped people in the study think of ways to improve themselves.

They also found that gossiping about others' problems and failures tended to make them feel better about how they've handled problems, and it let them know that others have had the same problems as well.

A new study has found that a glass of apple juice contains more sugar than three Krispy Kreme donuts.

The World Health Organization said that standard apple juice has seven teaspoons of sugar per glass, which is six more than it should have.  It's also one more teaspoon per serving than the World Health Organization's recommended amount of sugar intake for an entire day!
