Fortuño and Foley are special guests at a rally for Ruben Rodriguez, a Waterbury state representative candidate Saturday.
The event is scheduled for Nov. 1 from 3 to 4 p.m.
It will be at Tequila’s on Lakewood Road in Waterbury.
On Tuesday, the current governor of Puerto Rico, Alejandro Garcia Padilla, visited the state to throw his full support behind Gov. Dannel Malloy.
