New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was in Groton last Monday and he’ll be coming back to Connecticut this Monday.

The Republican Governors Association announced Wednesday that Christie will make a stop in Windsor Locks on Monday, November 3.

Christie will be drumming up some last-minute support for Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley. That rally is going to be held at Bobby V’s Restaurant & Bar, 11 Schoephoester Rd. The event is slated to start at 5:15 P.M.

Monday’s rally will mark Christie’s fifth visit to Connecticut this election season.

Christie is currently on a multi-state campaign blitz. He’s set to visit at least 17 states ahead of election day including Arizona, Iowa, Maine, Georgia, Rhode Island and Ohio.
