VERNON – Police have arrested a man who they said was responsible for the death of a pedestrian in July.
Robert Maly, 66 of Manchester, turned himself in after a warrant was issued charging him with negligent homicide and other motor vehicle violations.
Police said Maly was driving on July 2nd when he struck and killed Kathleen Jasak, 58, when she crossed Hyde St. Jasak was pronounced dead on the scene.
Maly was arraigned Monday morning.
