Following a doctor's prescription may sound like a no-brainer, but it turns out that half of patients don't follow the directions.

You may hit the gym to get fit or to stay in shape, but there's something at your fitness center that may not be so healthy. A European study of 11 fitness centers found that the air is not healthy inside a gym!

Researchers found extremely high levels of airborne dust, formaldehyde and carbon dioxide that exceeded most accepted standards for indoor air quality, and the air was especially bad during group exercise classes, when the dust and fumes just get stirred up.

A lot of the chemicals come from cleaning products, paint and carpets.
