Stamford principal facing new allegations
STAMFORD — Stamford High School’s principal is facing new allegations about mishandling sexually charged situations in her school.
Donna Valentine is already in serious legal trouble for one case– along with her assistant principal — but the Stamford Advocate has obtained some documents dating back a few years that seem to suggest Valentine had a habit of sweeping things under the rug, instead of reporting them to the proper authorities.
The latest allegations involve a Stamford High male teacher accused of once touching a girls breast, then sending explicit texts to another girl. Valentine did not report these to police or DCF, the Advocate reported.
It’s not clear yet if these new allegations will result in new charges or affect her current penalty arrangement.
