My nephew recently was injured when he fell through a faulty railing at a hotel we were staying at.
His injuries have become problematic to my sister and her husband as his concussion type symptoms and shoulder injury have prevented him from being able to go about his day to day activities including school and sports.
The injury definitely could have been prevented if the railing was in proper working order.
How should she handle this?
