PLYMOUTH – Police arrested a man for stabbing his father Thursday night.
Police got the call around 9:30 p.m. for a family violence incident at 317 Plymouth Blvd.
Police said a son was arrested for stabbing his father. The father was taken to a local hospital in Waterbury and is in serious condition. The son was charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, assault in the second degree and disorderly conduct.
He is being held on $100,000 cash bond. He is expected to be in court this morning at Bristol Superior at 10 a.m.
Police will release the name of the suspect later today.
