HAMDEN — President Barack Obama received one of his lowest approval ratings ever in a new survey from the Quinnipiac Poll released Tuesday morning.
American voters give Pres. Obama a 39 percent approval rating, which is close to his lowest-ever score of 38 percent in Dec. 2013, the poll says.
Voters are divided on whether Pres. Obama should have taken action to address the immigration issue if Congress fails to act.
The poll says 45 percent of voters say the president should issue an executive order while 48 percent say he should not.
