MANCHESTER -- We're celebrating a special Throwback Thursday this Thanksgiving. We're taking a look at the Manchester Road Race all the way back in 1995.
That year Philemon Hanneck won the 4.748 mile race for the second time in a row. He set the record finish time of 21:19, which still stands today.
