MIDDLETOWN — So far this holiday weekend, Connecticut State Police have issued over 1,600 tickets, and made 25 DUI arrests.
There was one fatal accident Wednesday in Norwalk and police investigated 665 accidents, with 88 of them resulting in injuries.
Here’s the breakdown:
- Speeding Arrests– 888
- Seatbelt Arrests– 294
- Other hazardous moving violation arrests– 2,580
