WEST HAVEN- A family is displaced after house fire in West Haven on Sunday afternoon.
Authorities say the fire happened at 437 Main Street around 3:15 p.m. and believe the fire started in the third floor bedroom. Crews responding to the scene put out the fire in ten minutes.
No one was home at the time of the fire but firefighters did rescue a dog on the first floor of the home.
The Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
