HARTFORD — Time Magazine has a list of the top 20 private colleges, which leave students with the worst student loan debt.
Two Connecticut schools are in the top ten.
The University of Hartford landed at #3 and Quinnipiac University at #6.
According to Time and The Institute for College Access & Success, Quinnipiac students graduate with an average student loan debt of $44,552. University of Hartford graduates have an average student loan debt of $45,778.
The two worst schools were University of the Sciences ($71,370) in Philadelphia and Anna Maria College ($48,750) in Massachusetts.
